Hi, I just wanted to comment on you San marzano tomatoes, actually the ones pictured are product of the USA. They are in fact San marzano tomatoes, just not grown in the Naple Region. True, imported Italian canned tomatoes have much more flavor. :-)

Ah, the joys of feedback by those with a vested interest in a particular restaurant! :)

Few questions:
1. What is my profession that needs checking?
2. Explain the research I did and also explain what I should have done.
3. How many Indian cuisines have I tried?

I strongly disagree, I've lived in London & India for several years, you can't beat the food there but Taj Mahal is probably the closest to authentic and truly flavorful Indian food you'll find in Arkansas and maybe even in the entire south, I'm sorry but you can't even compare it to Star Of India, if you want to talk about canned food, Star of India is it. Absolute worst Indian fare I've ever tasted. You might want to check you profession sir. Please do your research before you write about something you clearly do not know about. You must try several more Indian cuisines before you think you know what Indian food should taste like. This is just utterly sad.

I went to Big Orange yesterday for lunch and also had the White Truffle & Pecorino Cheese Burger with a side of sweet potato fries. My husband had the Mushroom Melt Burger with a side of their french fries. We both LOVED the truffle and Pecorino burger and agreed that it was the best burger we have EVER had! We had no gristle in the meat, and the sweet fig jam was so delicious and unexpected! My husband thought his burger was ok, but he was disappointed that the mushrooms were so powerful that they covered up the taste of the other components, like the grilled onions. We both enjoyed the fries very much and overall thought that it was an amazing lunch and decided that we will 100% be going back very soon!!
