Fish Tacos - Chevys<\/p><\/div>\n

It\u2019s dinner time and once again I\u2019m with a group of co-workers who are tired and hungry after traveling from around the country to Orlando, Florida.<\/p>\n

We end up at Chevy\u2019s Fresh Mex<\/a> in Lake Buena Vista, Florida at around 7pm.\u00a0 The group wants to go to the chain of Chevy\u2019s Fresh Mex which looks like\u00a0your standard\u00a0American-Mexican restaurant from the outside.<\/p>\n

The menu is impressive to say the least with\u00a0many items which I want to\u00a0order.\u00a0 The problem is,\u00a0most of the items on the menu will go straight to my waist.<\/p>\n

Clocking in at 920 calories<\/a> they offer the Mesquite Grilled Fish Tacos<\/strong>.\u00a0 Although 920 calories sounds like a lot, when compared to items which have 1500 or more, it\u2019s not\u00a0too bad.\u00a0 The plate comes with two tacos on flour tortillas, grilled fish, lettuce, chipotle sauce, and cojita cheese and the tacos are sided with grilled vegetables and a side of corn tamalito.<\/p>\n

While waiting on the food I am very impressed with the balloon artists walking around entertaining the kids.\u00a0 I\u2019m not used to seeing people make balloon hats, animals, and even suits in real-time, but they are doing it and and the designs look amazing.\u00a0\u00a0I wish there was a Chevy\u2019s in my area as my son would love the balloons, regardless of how the food tastes.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, my food comes out and looks wonderful.\u00a0 The fish is grilled nicely and smells great.\u00a0 The vegetables are a little too charred but have a nice flavor to them and are far better than fattier options.\u00a0 The tacos are moist, seasoned well, and the chipotle sauce adds a nice small kick to the flavor and heat levels.<\/p>\n

I am very pleased with my food and would order it again in a heartbeat.\u00a0 I do not\u00a0try the other food at the table but the dishes my co-workers order look great as well.\u00a0 In a nutshell, I have a great dinner and want to visit a Chevy\u2019s again in the future.\u00a0 I do not normally like chain restaurants very much, but Chevy\u2019s beats the trend.<\/p>\n
