The bun is very soft and is filled with chopped vegetables. It is served with a sweet sauce which really enhances the overall flavor.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2823\" style=\"width: 394px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-caption-text\">Carnitas Taco<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The pork carnitas taco from Jardin de Fiestas \u2013 the booth in Mexico, are very flavorful and have pork rinds which add a nice amount of texture.\u00a0 The carnitas were a tad dry but the flavor made up for it.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2796\" style=\"width: 394px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/FG-Cottage-Salmon-Cheddar-Biscuit.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2796\" class=\" wp-image-2796 \" alt=\"Potato, Chive and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare and Sour Cream\" src=\"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/FG-Cottage-Salmon-Cheddar-Biscuit.jpg\" width=\"384\" height=\"302\" srcset=\"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/FG-Cottage-Salmon-Cheddar-Biscuit.jpg 640w, http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/FG-Cottage-Salmon-Cheddar-Biscuit-300x235.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2796\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Potato, Chive and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare and Sour Cream<\/p><\/div>\n<p>My absolute favorite item comes as a complete surprise from The Cottage: Savories, Trifles and Tea \u2013 United Kingdom booth.\u00a0 It is described as\u00a0being a \u201cPotato, Chive and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare and Sour Cream.\u201d\u00a0 The biscuit is very flaky and the cheddar flavor comes through but is not overpowering.\u00a0 The smoked salmon tartare is perfectly fresh and the sour cream and chives offset any fishy notes.\u00a0 I cannot wait to get another one.<\/p>\n<p>I will be posting some of the other good finds soon but these were my
