(steak)<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch romaine lettuce<\/li>\n<li>1 small tomato<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>Brown mustard<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prep<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coat the swordfish steak with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, let marinate for 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Heat grill to 450 degrees F<\/li>\n<li>Dice tomato<\/li>\n<li>Mix romaine and diced tomato with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic, 1 teaspoon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Grill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grill the swordfish on each side, about 10 minutes, until an instant read thermometer reads 140 degrees F in the thickest part of the swordfish steak<\/li>\n<li>Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Plate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put a handful of the greens on a plate, top with the
