{"id":959,"date":"2011-01-02T20:34:06","date_gmt":"2011-01-03T02:34:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/?p=959"},"modified":"2011-01-02T20:35:01","modified_gmt":"2011-01-03T02:35:01","slug":"quick-and-easy-party-food","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/general\/quick-and-easy-party-food\/","title":{"rendered":"Quick and Easy Party Food"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>By Todd Barron @ FoodieCuisine.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/IMG_2389.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-229\" title=\"Wine glass\" src=\"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/IMG_2389-300x273.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"273\" srcset=\"http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/IMG_2389-300x273.png 300w, http:\/\/foodiecuisine.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/IMG_2389.png 496w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>My wife and I love to entertain and host 4th of July, New Years Eve, and Super Bowl parties just about every year.\u00a0 We also host several dinner parties throughout the year as we never run out of excuses to have people over for food and drink.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The following are recipes for some of the easier but popular appetizers I put out for our parties.\u00a0 Keep in mind that they are by no means gourmet items or even hard to imagine.\u00a0 They are super simple but good.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Artichoke Dip<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Cans quartered artichoke hearts<\/li>\n<li>2 Cups mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 Cups Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese (Kraft)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine ingredients into an oven proof dish.\u00a0 Heat the oven to 350 degrees.\u00a0 Heat for 30 minutes or until brown crust forms around the edges and the dip is bubbling.\u00a0 Cool for 20 minutes and serve with Ritz crackers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meatballs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 32 ounce bag frozen meatballs<\/li>\n<li>2 bottles honey and ginger marinade by K.C.
